Mr. Ferreiro brings experience across accounting, venture investment, and real estate development. A CPA by training, he founded the boutique accounting firm BizCPAs in 2008 and later co-founded Brickell Venture Partners, where he participated in a range of domestic and international investment ventures. Following more than a decade as President and co-owner of RAM Development Group, he helped lead the evolution of the business from real estate development into the investment platform that became USRE. As Managing Partner, he oversees the firm’s strategic direction and investment activities.

Mr. Galli's professional background includes public and private-sector finance, consulting, and international operations. A CPA with a graduate degree in Finance from Universidad Católica de Argentina, he has held positions with the Central Bank of Argentina, the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, and PwC. He served as Argentina’s Undersecretary of Energy and advised various state Finance Secretaries. Today, he contributes more than 20 years of experience across the energy, mining, finance, and real estate sectors, with a focus on financial analysis and Latin American capital sources.

Mr. Hill brings both legal and financial experience to the firm. He holds a degree in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and began his career as an attorney in Florida and Pennsylvania, focusing on commercial real estate law.  During his legal career, he represented developers, lenders, and local governments on commercial and infrastructure projects in both states. Since 2009, he has served as Managing Partner of Atlantic Hotel Partners and as CFO and co-owner of RAM Development Group. He is currently a co-founder and Co-Manager of USRE.

Ms. Lemus is a seasoned CPA specializing in accounting, tax strategy, and business advisory services for clients in the construction industry. Known for her responsiveness and deep attention to detail, she works closely with contractors, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses to navigate complex project financial and regulatory compliance with confidence. With a strong foundation in corporate accounting and financial analysis, she delivers tailored solutions that optimize operational efficiency, manage job costing, and support long-term strategic growth. She is recognized for building lasting client relationships grounded in integrity, bringing a practical, results-driven perspective to help construction businesses achieve their financial objectives.

Fernando Levy Hara is co-founder and CEO of Unico Developers with more than 35 years of experience in domestic and international real estate development. Since relocating to Florida in 2002, he has developed more than one million square feet of commercial and residential projects, including The Crimson in Miami, 50 Paramount in Sarasota, and One Aventura Executive Center, a 110,000 SF Class A office condominium in Aventura. He is currently developing Entrada Paramount in Cape Coral. A graduate of Harvard’s Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate, Mr. Levy Hara has served as an instructor at the Harvard Graduate School of Design since 2011 and is the author of Economic Cycles and Real Estate Development (2022).

Mr. Palmero leads USRE’s newly formed Mexico affiliate, where he oversees acquisitions, capital raising, marketing and investor relations for luxury residential and hospitality projects in the fast-growing Riviera Maya market. His portfolio includes private villa communities and branded hospitality properties, with a focus on attracting and servicing international buyers and investment partners from Canada, Europe, and the United States. With an MBA in Business and extensive cross-border experience, he plays a key role in project planning, expanding capital networks, and driving market visibility for USRE’s luxury development initiatives across the region.

Mr. Simmons is a real estate and hospitality professional with 15+ years of experience in development, ownership, finance, and operations. He has worked throughout the Southeast, with expertise in hospitality operations, investment strategy, and market growth. Mr. Simmons also owns and operates Barn View Winery, the largest producer of European-style wines in the Carolinas. A longtime collaborator with USRE’s predecessor, RAM Development Group, Mr. Simmons brings regional insight and operational leadership, while supporting the firm’s investor relations and capital formation initiatives. He advises USRE on strategy and operations throughout Georgia and the Carolinas.
