Mr. Ferreiro brings a career defined by the intersection of tax strategy, venture capital and institutional real estate. A practicing accountant by trade, he founded the boutique firm BizCPAs in 2008 before co-founding Brickell Venture Partners in 2010, where he directed capital toward successful ventures across both domestic and international markets. Following a decade as President and co-owner of RAM Development Group, he led the transition from the firm’s real estate development roots into the private equity model of USRE. As Managing Partner, he now oversees the firm's strategic direction and investment oversight.

Mr. Galli brings an exceptional depth of sovereign and private-sector financial expertise to the USRE Board. A CPA by training with a graduate degree in Finance from Universidad Católica de Argentina, his career began with foundational positions at the Central Bank of Argentina and the Central American Bank for Economic Integration. After serving as Undersecretary of Energy for Argentina and advising various state Finance Secretaries, he spent over a decade as a Management Consultant at PwC. Today, he leverages 20+ years of experience across the energy, mining, and real estate sectors to serve as the Board’s primary advisor on Finance and Latin American operations.

Mr. Hill serves as a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at USRE, bringing a sophisticated legal and economic perspective to the firm’s investment strategies. With an Economics degree from Carnegie Mellon University, he began his career as a practicing attorney in Pennsylvania and Florida, specializing in commercial real estate law. Over the course of his legal career, he represented developers, lenders and local governments on major infrastructure and commercial projects. In 2009, he transitioned into executive leadership as Managing Partner at Atlantic Hotel Partners, later serving as CFO and co-owner of RAM Development Group. Today, he integrates this legal and financial expertise to provide senior-level oversight for USRE’s diverse portfolio.

Fernando Levy Hara is a co-founder and CEO of Unico Developers with over 35 years of experience in international and domestic real estate development. Since relocating to Florida in 2002, he has planned and developed more than 1 million square feet of commercial and residential space across the state. His track record includes landmark residential projects such as The Crimson in Miami and 50 Paramount in Sarasota, alongside boutique waterfront developments like Bayview Lofts, Regatta, and Peloro in Miami Beach. In the commercial sector, he delivered One Aventura Executive Center, a 110,000 SF Class A office condominium in Aventura. He is currently developing Entrada Paramount, a 240-unit community in Cape Coral. Previously, as co-founder of McKafka Development Group, he managed the acquisition and rehabilitation of over 400 distressed condominium units for international investors. A graduate of Harvard’s Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate, he has served as an instructor at the Harvard Graduate School of Design since 2011 and is a member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board. A LEED-AP certified professional, he has authored two books, including the 2022 release Economic Cycles and Real Estate Development.

Mr. Simmons is a hospitality and development professional with over 15 years of experience in hotel ownership, finance, and operations. His expertise spans contract negotiation, corporate partnerships, and capital structuring for large-scale hospitality projects. A frequent collaborator and strategic partner to USRE’s predecessor, RAM Development Group, he brings a deep understanding of the firm’s operational DNA. Beyond real estate, he owns and operates the renowned Barn View Winery—the largest producer of European-style wines in the Carolinas—a venture that reflects his commitment to craftsmanship and quality across all his professional pursuits. Mr. Simmons is USRE's key advisor on the Carolinas and Georgia.
